Welcome to the
Official Website of Salgo Metal-Works Zrt!
Our company’s predecessor, Salgo-Metall Kft. was found in 1996. Before that the site was operating as an iron research institute.
Over the decades, in addition to their existing knowledge, our employees have gained extensive experience in the production of light and non-ferrous alloys (magnesium, aluminum, copper).
With our induction furnaces we can produce standard, and also special alloys which have unique chemical compositions (e.g. Master alloys, Casting ingots etc.). We are also able to process less valuable, secondary raw materials such as foils, splinters, turnings and so on.
We are proud of the fact that we are in the metal recycling business for almost thirty years now, and that we can maintain our good quality and the satisfaction of our customers.
We have an ongoing good relationship with several major international companies.
Beside our highly qualified colleagues, our spectrometers which are calibrated and checked on a daily basis ensure the good quality of our products.
Naturally, we possess both ISO:9001 and ISO:14001 certifications.
